Cameron Longabaugh

Cameron Longabaugh

Assistant Pitching Coach
Lesson Specialty: Pitching

Cameron began his baseball career as a T-Baller at Santa Clara Homestead Little League, where he continued through his 12 year old season.  Through his middle school and high school years Cameron played on All Star Academy's travel teams and on their LAMV Colt and Palomino teams. Cameron played three years of varsity ball at Cupertino.   As a senior, he pitched and played center field, was the team’s top hitter, and compiled a 2.80 ERA as a reliever, recording  5 saves.  A wicked knuckleball baffled hitters and umpires equally.

After high school, Cameron joined Sequoia Coach Corey Uhalde’s Celtics Palomino team, and was a member of the 2013 Cabrillo College team as a red shirt pitcher.

Cameron began his coaching career in 2014 as an Assistant Coach on the Cupertino High School Frosh-Soph team under former Major Leaguer Stu Pederson. In 2016 Cameron became the Frosh/Soph Pitching Coach at Mountain View High School.

Helping out with the 18U team in 2013, he officially joined Brushback in 2014, working with the 10U and 18U teams.
